Biography

DEAN MANNINA. ATHLETIC TRAINER.
BACHELOR'S IN KINESIOLOGY: SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA UNIVERSITY.

Dean Mannina joined Episcopal School of Baton Rouge as the Athletic Trainer/Health Instructor in 2006. Prior to that, he was contracted through Peak Performance Physical Therapy. Mannina earned a bachelor’s in kinesiology with an emphasis in athletic training from Southeastern Louisiana University. He was also an Assistant Athletic Trainer for Southeastern, primarily covering men’s basketball and assisting with football.  In addition, Mannina spent two years as an Athletic Trainer and teacher at St. Charles Catholic High School.  Mannina is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association and Louisiana Athletic Trainers Association.  He is married to Janet Mannina, and they have two sons, Nicholas ’22 and Ryan ’25.
