Summer Camps

Dear Families,

We are so excited for your interest in Episcopal summer camps. All Episcopal summer camps are open to all students, regardless of enrollment at Episcopal School of Baton Rouge. With a wide range of activities, we hope your children will have a fun-filled summer with us.

Episcopal Day Camp: The Episcopal Day Camp will be led by Episcopal teachers and will run Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM-5:00 PM. We will have lots of fun activities planned around weekly themes for students entering grades PreK-4 through 6th grade. Campers will have the opportunity to engage in on and off campus field trips. Sports Camps:

Weekly sports camps are available for students entering PreK-4 through Upper School. For PreK-4 through 6th grade students, these camps may be combined with a half-day of Episcopal Day Camp or an afternoon enrichment camp. Early care and afternoon care are available for an additional fee. Visit the camp link below or the Episcopal School Store on our website to register.

Enrichment Camps:

Enrichment camps are available to students entering PreK-4 through 12th grade. Offerings vary on grade level, interest, pricing and times. For PreK-4 through 6th grade students, these camps may be combined with a half-day of Episcopal Day Camp or an afternoon enrichment camp. Early care and afternoon care are available for an additional fee. Visit the camp link below or the Episcopal School Store on our website to register.

Step Up Camp:

Mark your calendars for our Lower and Middle School Step Up Camp on July 13-16 from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM. For an additional fee, early morning care will be available at 7:30 AM each day of Step Up Camp. For an additional fee, students enrolled in Step Up Camp can enroll in afternoon day camp. Students attending Step Up Camp and an afternoon camp will have lunch from 12:00 PM-12:30 PM. Day Camp will be offered from 7:30 AM-5:00 PM on Friday, July 17, 2026.

How to Register:

Click on the links in the schedule below to view camp details and make a camp purchase. You will be sent your registration form once your purchase is complete. The registration form must be completed for each child attending an Episcopal Summer Camp.

Refunds or Camp Changes:

Enrichment, Step Up, and sports camps are refundable, less a non-refundable deposit of $25.00, through May 8, 2026. Camps are non-refundable after May 8, 2026. This includes changing from one camp to another after the refund deadline. Day Camp changes or cancellations are refundable, less the 30% non-refundable deposit, through May 8, 2026. Day Camp purchases are non-refundable after May 8, 2026. This includes changing from one camp to another after the refund deadline. If you have any questions, please let us know .
