Boosters of the Arts
The Arts Krewe is Episcopal's parent-run arts booster group. Our mission is to elevate arts engagement, reputation, and support throughout the Episcopal community and the Baton Rouge area. We achieve this through the strategic, coordinated efforts of Episcopal leadership and parents.
Krewe members provide financial and volunteer support including backstage assistance, concession staffing, coordinating events and fundraisers, providing snacks, and more. We support all of Episcopal's art disciplines: band, choir, dance, theater, and visual arts.
Every parent with students engaged in Episcopal art programs is automatically a member of the Arts Krewe. Show your support by contributing your time, talents, and resources.

As a show of appreciation, supporting members are offered perks for use during the school year including complimentary tickets, personal playbill ads, performance gifts for student artists, reserved parking spots for performances, and more. Perks are claimed by completing the redeem perks form. For further details, refer to the supporting member perk FAQs below, or contact us at [email protected].
What perks do supporting members receive?
Perks vary by membership level and are good for the entire school year.
Membership level | Amount | Perk
Tickets | Personal playbill ads | Performance gifts for student artists | Reserved parking spot | VPAC seat dedication

How and when do supporting members take advantage of these awesome perks?
To claim your perks, please complete the redeem perks form according to the following timing guidelines:
- Tickets: for the best possible availability, complete the form as early as possible. Please do not purchase tickets online, as ticket refunds are not possible, unfortunately.
- Personal playbill ads: complete the form after you submit your ad.
- Performance gifts for student artists: order online using the provided discount code at least one week before the show's opening.
- Reserved parking spot: complete the form at least one week before the show's opening.
- VPAC seat dedication: contact us at your convenience, unless you have already heard from the Episcopal development office.
What if I want to increase my membership level?
Contact us at [email protected], and we will help you make that happen!
What if I want to buy additional seats that are adjacent to my perk seats?
Based on availability, up to four additional adjacent seats may be purchased when perk tickets are redeemed. For the best chance at seat availability, we recommend submitting the redeem perks form as early as possible.
How do season tickets work? Are unused tickets transferrable?
A season ticket is good for one ticket to each production, not one for each performance. Unused tickets from one show are not transferrable to another show or person. For the best chance at seat availability, we recommend submitting the redeem perks form as soon as you identify your desired performance dates.
What are performance gifts for student artists?
Making it easy to celebrate your student's performance, the Arts Krewe accepts advance orders for small flower arrangements or cookie arrangements for pick-up before a select group of productions. Supporting members can redeem their perk gifts at least one week before the show's opening by ordering online using the provided discount code.
How does the reserved parking perk work?
Reserved parking spots are made available to Director and Executive Producer members for one performance per show. Please complete the redeem perks form at least one week before the show's opening, and we will mark a spot for you either along the VPAC circle, in the faculty lot near the VPAC, or in the Alumni House lot. If your plans change and you will not need the spot, please let us know so that we can free it up for other members of the Episcopal community. And please understand if your spot is taken - we will do our best to mark it clearly to avoid that unfortunate outcome.
