Powerlifting
The Episcopal Powerlifting Program allows student athletes to grow stronger, both physically and mentally. Coaches teach student athletes how to properly lift weights for various exercises that benefit the squat, bench, and deadlift. The knowledge learned in powerlifting, along with the physical and mental challenges experienced on the powerlifting platform, can benefit a students’ performance in other sports. Ultimately, the biggest opponent a powerlifter faces is herself/himself.
