To begin the admission process, complete Episcopal's online application for admission and submit the $125 application fee*. Once your child's application is submitted, you will have access to an interactive admission checklist tailored for your child's grade. ​The Admission Office recommends prospective families submit an application for admission the fall preceding the year of intended enrollment. For example, if you wish to apply for the 2026-2027 school year, an application should be submitted between August 2025 and the application deadline. The remaining steps necessary to complete the admission process are outlined below by grade level.

- Birth certificate and a clear, individual photo of the child to be uploaded to the Admission Checklist 
- An on-campus admission screening, scheduled by the Admission Office
- Submit the PreK-3, PreK-4  or Kindergarten Teacher Evaluation form to the current teacher
- Request student transcript be sent to Episcopal by the current school, if applicable ​

- Submit the Grades 1-5 Teacher Evaluation form to the current teacher
- Request student transcript be sent to Episcopal by the current school

- Student to complete the online Student Statement within the Admission Checklist
- Submit the Grades 6-12 English Teacher Evaluation form to the current teacher within the Admission Checklist 
- Submit the Grades 6-12 Math Teacher Evaluation form to the current teacher within the Admission Checklist
- Request student transcript be sent to Episcopal by the current school
- Applicants will take the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE). Families must register and submit payment directly to ISEE. Please see ISEE website for more information. 
- Birth certificate and a clear, individual photo of the child to be uploaded to the Admission Checklist 
- Student to complete the online Student Statement and the written response to the Episcopal Mission and Ministry Statement within the Admission Checklist.  This must be submitted prior to the on-campus interview.
- Submit the Grades 6-12 English Teacher Evaluation form to the current teacher within the Admission Checklist
- Submit the Grades 6-12 Math Teacher Evaluation form to the current teacher within the Admission Checklist
- Request student transcript be sent to Episcopal by the current school. Download form here
