The Episcopal tennis program fosters friendship, team unity and work ethic. The coaching staff emphasizes academic excellence in conjunction with player development.  Most importantly, the tennis program strives to develop individual students into upstanding, respectful young adults with a solid work ethic and a commitment to excellence.

Head Coach

Emily Richard is no stranger to Episcopal having previously served as an extended care counselor. Now, with more than six years of experience in education she returns to Episcopal as a member of the Lower School team. Emily was most recently a classroom teacher at Lake Elementary in St. Amant where she taught first grade and PreK students. Emily earned a Bachelor of Science in elementary education from Louisiana State University. In addition to working with our youngest Knights, Emily is also the Episcopal Head Tennis Coach.
