KEALY DUKE. ENGLISH DEPARTMENT CHAIR. MASTER'S IN LITERATURE. TEMPLE UNIVERSITY Kealy Duke has been teaching English since 1999, and recently, Mrs. Duke has been specializing in reading; this year, she will be offering a Design Studio course based in reading. Kealy grew up in Alexandria, Louisiana, studied English at University of Southern Mississippi, and pursued her Master’s in Literature at Temple University. Before joining Episcopal, Mrs. Duke directed a charter school specializing in arts and technology. She is invested in student-centered teaching and helping students find the best ways to become stronger readers, writers, and thinkers. Mrs. Duke has been teaching at Episcopal since 2006. She has been the English department chair since 2008. |
